South African resident individuals
The following will be required to open an account:
- A completed Nedbank London application form.
- A valid and original South African identification document or passport.
- A utility bill not older than three months showing current residential address in country of abode.
- A completed tax declaration form in order to gain exemption from UK withholding tax on interest.
- A completed and signed client report form to be provided by your personal banker, detailing your account and address details in South Africa.
Please note that every currency conversion from your Nedbank cheque/savings account will be value-dated two London business days from the date of approval.
